The Laboratory HSD or Mixer is small scale machine that dissolve, disperse, emulsify and mix two components or more till it get homogeneous. The standard speed is 1450 and 2900 RPM, but upon request PCR can offer 6000 RPM, as well as variable speed version by using a frequency controller. Explosion Proof motor can be delivered for very sensitive products such us solvent base paint, reactive chemical liquid. The Lab HSD/ Mixer is very suitable for production in small volume or R and D projects.

Power range: 0.5 to 2 HP

To obtain the best result of dispersing or mixing, PCR offers several types of disc and blades or propeller, but important is also the correct size of tank for specific disc.

For a process that requires vacuum, heating or cooling, PCR will provide them accordingly.
