The Laboratory HSD or Mixer is small scale machine that dissolve, disperse, emulsify and mix two components or more till it get homogeneous. The standard speed is 1450 and 2900 RPM, but upon request PCR can offer 6000 RPM, as well as variable speed version by using a frequency controller. Explosion Proof motor can be delivered for very sensitive products such us solvent base paint, reactive chemical liquid. The Lab HSD/ Mixer is very suitable for production in small volume or R and D projects.
Power range: 0.5 to 2 HP
To obtain the best result of dispersing or mixing, PCR offers several types of disc and blades or propeller, but important is also the correct size of tank for specific disc.
For a process that requires vacuum, heating or cooling, PCR will provide them accordingly.

Work Reference 6, Low Temp. Fryer
Low temperature fryer can be materialized by lowering the pressure and reducing the humidity around the frying product. There are advantages using this system for agricultural product such as:
- Keeping the taste and color as fresh product/
- Holding the minerals, vitamins, flavor, protein, and other content.
- Quick process comparing with conventional method to dry.

Capacity: up to 50 kg wet product with moisture content of 35%.
Performance: Reducing moisture content to 12% within 45 minutes.
Equipment in the system: Low pressured container, condensator, chiller, electric heater, low pressure pump, hydraulic feeding mechanism, centrifuge, automatic control and etc.
All materials having contact with the product are made of food grade stainless steel, SUS 316
- Provide healthy and clean product for consumption.

Nitrocellulose (NC) Plant, 2010- 2011, Cikupa, Tangerang-Banten, West Jawa.
Nitrocellulose (NC) is the most hazardous material ever in the chemical term. In free environment, the dust or small particle of NC are very inflammable and can become fire source, safety and mechanical detail design of this plant must be strictly comply to OSHA standard.
Platindo was trusted to design and build all machinery and supporting equipment for the plant, they are:
1. 2 sets of special process tank, 5 tons capacity each, 7.5 HP variable speed special agitator.
2. 2 sets of drum lifter, 200 kg capacity, hydraulically operated complete with specific chute for NC feeding.
3. Fire protection system, using Nitrogen, foam and water sprinkler.
4. Explosion Proof electrical system, grounding standard and electro static protection.
5. Humidity control, in the storage and production area.
7. Fully explosion proof lighting and loading hardware.

HYDRAULIC High Speed Dissolver (HSD-HEX)
The Hydraulic Series High Speed Dissolver or Mixer are built for universal application, very rigged construction and flexible drive unit. The hydraulic lift enhance a fast movement of lifting or lowering the shaft prior and after the production. The stability of the machine enable to spin the shaft from low to high speed smoothly. They are suitable to produce paint, ink, coating, dyestuff and various liquid an the chemical. food and pharmaceutical industries.
The standard model has a non explosion proof motor. A frequency converter for variable speed control is incorporated for HSD or Mixer series upon request.
