Nauta Mixer has 2 rotating parts, screw agitator and helix agitator on reverse cone cylinder. The agitators can be also two asymmetrically helixes. They rotate around their own axes and revolve around the cone’s center axis at the same time with the help of the arm rotation effect. The material will be elevated repeated through the rotation and revolution of the helix and form shearing, convection and diffusing in the cone cylinder to realize perfect mixing effect.
Nauta Mixer is an efficient mixing equipment with high uniformity, low energy consumption, little residue, little destruction to frangible material.
Products to be mixed are powder-powder, power-liquid, especially for fine powder, fiber or chip-shaped materials. It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceutical, food, battery materials, dyestuff & pigment, chemical industry, fertilizer, rare earth, titanium powder etc..
RIBBON MIXER
Horizontal ribbon mixer has normally double ribbon agitator and cylindrical housing or U shape halve cylindrical, driven by high high torque low speed shaft. In the direction of rotation, the outer ribbon pushes materials from both ends to the middle, while the inner ribbon pushes materials from the middle to both ends. Ribbon wind with different angle direction carries the materials flowing in different directions. Through continuous convective circulation, the materials are sheared and mixed thoroughly and quickly.
Horizontal ribbon mixer is a very efficient of mixing equipment, high uniformity, high load factor, low energy consumption, low pollution and little destruction to frangible material.
