Spray Booth:

The primary role of a spray booth is to contain and/or control various hazards associated with
spray processing of materials. Dust and fumes, and ultraviolet light generated during spray operations.

Platindo has been developing a simple but very practical design of spray booth for small and medium scale industry, where the dust  is collected by running, circulating water film and water spray. On the other side the fumes are taken away by air flow across the water channel.

Main dimension: 0.8; 1.0; 1.2, 2 m in length and more for special order.

Protection: Explosion Proof electrical components and system.

A new low temperature drying system with controlled air flow and humidity
The objective is to keep the RH of the drying air to the corresponding RH
in order to achieve the desired final moisture content of the products
efficiently.
The unit is compact with a modular design for flexibility of drying
capacity and mobility
A dehumidifier unit is incorporated in this low temperature dryer, however
additional heater is available to speed up the process if required
