TRASH CLEANING MACHINE

Automatic Trash Removing Equipment , rotary type.

Auto Trash Cleaning Equipment is one of new product development of PCR. The equipment is mainly used to collect floating debris in the water channel, before the water is further brought to treatment plant or power plant. Trash and garbage are now the main contaminant of river water and they cause damage the treatment or power plant.

Water gate

Water gates are complex steel structure for regulating the water level on any hydro works, from river barrage, flood control to power plant. PCR takes responsibility for engineering, manufacturing, installation and commissioning.

There are many types of the gates depending on the purpose of application, such as sluice gate, radial gate, high pressure gate, stop log, ship log and etc.

PCR has designed and built in the last 2 years several flood control and river barrage with a span from 3m up to 10m and a height  of 3 to 9m.

Customized Machine

- Ram Press:

Low speed, high pressing Force up to 600,000 N to disperse very high viscous product.

This model of RAM press is a hydraulic down acting single cylinder type press, offering maximum control throughout each operating cycle. The press can be controlled manually or automatically through each cycle. The press is supplied with a matching tank, machined accurately to avoid any leakage. The piston will just squish viscous product though a discharge pipe easily.

- Talc Dispersing Machine:

Automatic feeding device, discharging powder in to a container, dilute with water in correct ratio and mix them together.

- Drum Lifter:

To hold a 200 lt drum, lift and tilt it into certain angle in very slow motion, discharge the hazardous product into a mixer for production process. It is d riven by 4 synchronous hydraulic cylinders.

- Condenser:

A heat exchanger, all in stainless steel that condense the humid gas from a reactor by cooling down the small pipes in special constructed housing.

- Tank Cleaning Machine:

An automatic brush cleaning for cylindrical with different sizes, driven by adjustable hydraulic lift and pneumatic control to obtain maximal result. Use mostly or hazardous products.

Portal Crane:

Capacity: 2 X 40 Tonnes.

Platindo has experience in design and manufacture of portal Cranes, also known as gantry cranes, portal cranes. The portal cranes run on a runway, normally for outdoor operation.

Platindo can supply any type of portal crane, such single or double girder and semi-portal.

The other product of Platindo in cranes is the overhead travelling crane (OHTC), such as single girder bridge, double girder crab and travelling wall mounted cranes. Platindo will design your crane to your specific needs, including walkways and service areas.

Platindo produces slewing cranes or jib cranes, including post mounted, column mounted, wall mounted, and operations can be motorised or manual.

Capacity: 2 up to 80 Tonnes.

Conveyor:

Platindo conveyor is a stationary, heavy belt conveyor, widely used in mining, metallurgical and coal industry to transfer trashes, sandy or lump materials, or packaged materials. The transfer system can be one single or multi-conveyors or combined with other transfer equipments,

This type of belt conveyor can be installed horizontally or inclined to meet the needs of different transfer levels.

A new low temperature drying system with controlled air flow and humidity
The objective is to keep the RH of the drying air to the corresponding RH
in order to achieve the desired final moisture content of the products
efficiently.
The unit is compact with a modular design for flexibility of drying
capacity and mobility
A dehumidifier unit is incorporated in this low temperature dryer, however
additional heater is available to speed up the process if required

 

Low Temperature Fryer

Low temperature fryer can be materialized by lowering the pressure and reducing the humidity around the frying product. There are advantages using this system for agricultural product such as:

- Keeping the taste and color as fresh product/

- Holding the minerals, vitamins, flavor, protein, and other content.

- Quick process comparing with conventional method to dry.

Platindo has been building the low temperature fryer in the last 2 years and successfully received excellent recognition for the quality and innovation.

Capacity: up to 50 kg wet product with moisture content of 35%.

Performance: Reducing moisture content to 12% within 45 minutes.

Equipment in the system: Low pressured container, condensator, chiller, electric heater, low pressure pump, hydraulic feeding mechanism, centrifuge, automatic control and etc.

All materials having contact with the product are made of food grade stainless steel, SUS 316

- Provide healthy and clean product for consumption.

Chemical reactors are vessels designed to contain , agitation, etc.

 

Platindo has been designing efficient heat exchanger at given flow rates and operating pressures. This is critical in establishing the mass and energy balance around the exchanger. Operating pressures are particularly important for gases as their physical properties vary greatly with pressure.

Furthermore more variable data are included in the design process, such as heat capacity, viscosity, thermal conductivity, density, and latent heat. Finally, which geometrical configuration is right for the desired exchanger, i.e. the shell diameter, tube sheet layout, baffle and tube spacing, and etc. in order to obtain the actual overall heat transfer coefficient.

Effective steam condenser design is incorporated with some of these variables is:

• The configuration of the exhaust flow pattern entering the condenser.

• The moisture content of the incoming steam.

• The design of the transition piece to achieve the most uniform distribution.

• Shell design parameters that provide maximum support to the tube bundle.

• Tube sheet design considerations that will enhance the flow over and through the tube bundle to achieve maximum performance efficiencies.
